Refund Policy

Before Delivery Start

For package services not yet started, refund requests may be considered within 48 hours of payment.

Once delivery has started, fees are generally non-refundable due to immediate allocation of advisory capacity.

Refund terms for custom scopes are defined in the signed proposal or contract terms.

Submit requests to billing@solarbridge.club with payment reference and rationale.
