Engagement Basis

All services are provided by Solarbridge Advisory Studio under a signed scope document, package selection, or written confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients provide accurate business context, decision constraints, and required access to stakeholders and information.

Advisory Nature

Solarbridge provides strategic and commercial advisory guidance. Final implementation and decisions remain the client responsibility.

Payment and Start

Service delivery starts after payment confirmation or contract terms defined in writing.

Limitation

Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service unless otherwise required by law.
